Brands are starting to quit marketplace due to high service fee. Marketplace increase the service fee. The service fee sum can added up to 20% – 35%. The fees include service fee, promotion fee, free shipping fee, processing fee, etc. This made seller’s profit even thinner.
Starting May 2026, some brands announce to close their marketplace shop. Then they redirect consumers to their offical website.
